R4 Commercial Real Estate Solutions, Inc. (R4 Commercial): an independent Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage, leasing and consulting company.
Ed and Blanca Ruiz formed R4 Commercial to help novice and experienced investors, small business owners, tenants, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations navigate the commercial real estate (CRE) landscape and achieve successful outcomes. Our goal is to be the top provider of CRE services in Chicago.
Leveraging 20+ years of personal and professional real estate experience and 10+ years of commercial lending experience, our team brings a professional, relationship-driven approach to your commercial real estate ventures.
Some clients are new to CRE, others are seasoned. We meet you where you are in your CRE journey by first identifying your unique needs and objectives. We then partner with you each step of the way to provide the expertise, support and customized services that help you reach your brokerage, leasing, and investment goals.
